Anne's Experience

She has been practicing yoga for 16 years and teaching for 5. Yoga has become part of her life and her practice has helped her become more flexible in body and mind.

She is a qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher, fully insured and holds a recognised first aid qualification. 

She has completed the Yoga and Anatomy Series for Teachers with Gary Carter, Natural Bodies, Brighton; The British Wheel of Yoga Essential Anatomy & Physiology and The British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course.  She has taught classes for University College Isle of Man and holds the post of Treasurer for the Isle of Man Yoga Network, a non profit making organisation dedicated to promoting yoga in the Isle of Man.

 

It is often said that you don't come to yoga; yoga comes to you, so the next time you have that thought, take your first step and 'try it out'
