Lots of people consider themselves experts in nutrition and may provide unreliable advice that could put your health at risk. Dietitians are the only health professionals that assess, diagnose and treat dietary problems at an individual and public-health level.

Every day it seems we are told something different when it comes to nutrition “carbs are bad”, “5 a day no 10 a day” but quite often it’s people’s opinion rather than science. Rachel aims to make things easier to understand by breaking down the science, and helping you understand the links between what goes on your plate, and your wellbeing.

Rachel is able to support people and create individualised plans for a variety of health concerns including:

  • Healthy eating and lifestyle advice
  • Gastrointestinal conditions including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) FODMAP accredited Dietitian. Coeliac disease, Crohn's disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Complex digestive issues following gut / bowel surgery such as high output stomas.
  • Food Allergy and Intolerance
  • Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
  • Cardiovascular health including post heart attacks or strokes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
  • Type 2 Diabetes
  • Infertility, Conception, Pregnancy and post¬natal support for mums
