Emotional Freedom Technique & Matrix Reimprinting

These techniques use the natural energy flow through the body to resolve traumatic memories and to change the negative beliefs connected to these memories. Once we have resolved the deeper issues, our therapist Donna will show you how you can keep using the techniques to maintain your own emotional well being. 

In June 2013, Donna trained to practitioner level in both EFT and Matrix Reimprinting. She was fortunate enough to attend training facilitated by Karl Dawson, Founding Master of EFT and creator of Matrix Reimprinting.
