Modern life can be stressful, and sometimes we need to treat the mind and the soul too – that’s where my total relaxation massages come in. Light – medium pressure, calming, revitalising, stress relieving massage treatments. Good for the mind, and the body by promoting venous return and lymphatic drainage.

This is a traditional Swedish style massage routine, including all techniques for an invigorating and relaxing full body massage.
